CUSTOMER CHARTER

Volunteer Centre Lambeth aims to provide a high level of service to all our customers. This charter sets out the standards of customer service you can expect from us when using the Volunteer Centre Lambeth either by telephone, letter, e-mail or in person.

 At all times we will:

  • Give you a friendly welcome
  • Create a clean and tidy environment for you if you visit us
  • Listen to you and take your enquiry seriously
  • Direct you to the most appropriate staff member or volunteer quickly
  • Make sure our staff and volunteers have the knowledge and skills they need to help you
  • Respond promptly or let you know how quickly we can take action
  • Be polite, honest and patient with you
  • Respect you and treat you fairly and equally
  • Make sure we use plain English and information is easy to understand
  • Provide you with individual attention, where possible
  • Treat your information as confidential as far as possible
  • Provide you with confidential appointment space, where possible
  • Give advice responsibly
  • Use your feedback to continuously improve our service
